As a physician leader and a mom, I've spent my career navigating spaces where confidence is the key to leadership. But the inspiration for Hear Me Roar didn't come from a boardroom. It came from watching my twin niece and nephew.

I realized that while the world was telling my nephew he could be an astronaut or an explorer, the messaging for my niece felt... smaller. I saw the "confidence gap" starting before she could even tie her shoes, and I decided to change the narrative.
